2. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, organization name, role, and account credentials when you sign up. We use Google OAuth and store the Google account identifier.

Subscription and billing information: billing email, billing address, last four digits of your payment card, and Stripe customer ID. Full payment card numbers are processed and stored by Stripe; we do not see or store them.

Service content: text you submit for analysis (marketing claims, product descriptions, URLs scanned), and the resulting analytical output.

Usage information: pages visited, features used, scan counts, IP address, browser type, device type, and timestamps.

Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies for authentication, analytics cookies for product usage measurement, and a consent cookie recording your cookie preferences. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process your subscription and payments.
  • Run regulatory and risk analyses on content you submit.
  • Send transactional email (account confirmations, billing receipts, security alerts).
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • With your consent, send product updates and marketing emails (you can opt out at any time).

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following service providers solely to operate the Service:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Vercel — web hosting, edge functions, and analytics.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • AI model providers — analytical processing of content you submit to the scanner and Claim Clearance features.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, in connection with a merger or acquisition, or with your consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Scan content and analytical output are retained for the life of your account so you can revisit them. You can delete individual items from within the Service or request full deletion as described below.
